This THEORY BOOK may be assigned at the student's 2nd lesson, or when the student reaches page 11 of the LESSON BOOK 1A.
In cases where the student goes beyond page 11 at the 1st lesson, the teacher may elect to hold the THEORY BOOK in reserve until the 2nd lesson. If, however, the student expresses an interest in doing additional study at home, it is advisable to take advantage of this commendable attitude and assign the appropriate pages at the end of the 1st lesson.
This book is coordinated page by page with LESSON BOOK 1A, and all assignments should be made according to the instructions in the upper right hand corner of each page of the THEORY BOOK.
Theory lessons should be completed by the student AT HOME. All assigned pages should be checked by the teacher at the next lesson.
Supplementary use of FLASH CARDS (available separately) is recommended. (From the publisher)
