TOKYO LUCKY HOLE
Night after night, between 1983 and 1985, when Tokyo 's sex industry was in full flower, photographer Nobuyoshi Araki, accompanied by Akira Suei (the editor-in-chief of a monthly magazine, Photo Age), made the rounds of the city 's adult entertainment centres for shooting, particularly Kabuki-cho in Shinjuku.
